Often, you need uploaded files to complete a service. You can request additional information and files from clients through briefs, but you can also create upload types to accept or require uploads during the booking process.
When you create an upload type, you will enter the name, accepted file types, whether multiple files should be accepted, and whether the upload field should be required. You will then attach these upload types to services. When a service is selected on the booking form, the client will automatically see the relevant upload field.
