How Clients Book Services

When you use BuddyClients, clients will book services with you by visiting your website’s booking form.

Submitting the Booking Form #

On the booking form, clients will enter details about their project and select the services they would like to book. Depending on your settings, they will answer questions about their project and make selections to customize their services. If you have enabled file uploads, the client will upload any relevant files.

Unless you have enabled Freelancer Mode or assigned a specific team member for the selected services, the client will choose from team members whose preferences fit the project.

If you have created a service agreement, the client will be prompted to accept the terms.

Checkout #

After submitting the booking form, the client will be redirected to the checkout page, where they pay the fee, using the Stripe payment processing integration.

Confirmation #

After the payment has been successfully processed, the booking is confirmed. The team members are added to a project group, where files and information can be exchanged and the client will be able to complete briefs for the selected services.
